Reddit Headspace
Webwhat are your thoughts on the headspace app? It’s true that headspace lacks in variety, but meditation needn’t be complicated to be good. Webi currently have a subscription to headspace, but i will not be renewing when it expires.
They have meditation courses (sets of guided meditations that build on each other) that are geared towards those. Headspace was fine a few years ago, but the focus of the meditations and the platform. I’m debating between getting a subscription between headspace vs calm.
Could any of you provide me your own input. Webhello, i can definitely say that the headspace app is worth it. Webheadspace is a fantastic app for beginners and long time practitioners alike!
